  1. President's Report
    1. Eric Woodward reported that the last 30 days or so had been consumed mostly by Cranberry Festival preparations to planning for the November Bloom Market.
    2. Eric also mentioned that the branding exercise completed, and thanked everyone for participating. He confirmed that he arranged photographs to match the design for the new website he expected to begin within a few weeks.
  2. Treasurer's Report
    1. Jim reported that the BIA's balance is $106,620, with more Cranberry Festival deposits and expenses to be recorded.

  1. Bloom Market Update. Meghan Neufeld.
    1. Meghan Neufeld reported that coordination for the Christmas Bloom Market was currently ongoing, vendor selection had been completed, and that the tree lighting was set for the Saturday evening at 5:00pm.
    2. Meghan concluded with the Board to partner with Langley Hospice Society as this market's charitable partner.
  2. Banners. Eric Woodward.
    1. Kevin Speilman confirmed he would proceed to arrange the swapping of the Cranberry Festival banners with the winter ones.
  3. Pedestrian Directories. Eric Woodward and Kevin Speilman.

  1. Cranberry Festival Review. Meghan Neufeld.
    1. Meghan Neufeld that the Cranberry Festival finished well despite some very poor weather in the morning. She outlined she would have the final financial results for the next Board meeting.
