Plein Air painting is back in fashion and the Fort Gallery Artists have decided to celebrate the Fort Langley Village with four days of Plein Air paintings to be followed with an exhibition opening on June 20th. They will be painting the heritage buildings and the surrounding environs on two consecutive weekends, June 9th and 10th, and June 16 and 17.

2nd Annual Pow Wow

Kwantlen First Nation and Seyem' Qwantlen invite you to celebrate their culture throughout this fun filled weekend.

Entertainment will include dancers, drummers and singers as well as artisans and amazing food!

This is an open air event that will take place rain or shine.  Seating is limited to plan on bring a chair or blanket to sit on.  Don't forget your camera and sunscreen!!!

Parking is free, admission by donation.

Fort Langley Remembrance Day Observances

The Fort Langley Remembrance Day Committee, invites the community to join them to pay tribute to the men and women and their families, that have represented our country in various conflicts around the world.

Remembrance Day ceremonies have been held in Fort Langley on and off since the ending of the First World War.  Revived in 2001, the Fort Langley observances are stirring and their messages cross generations - making this remembrance relevant to our youth while respecting the traditions of our past.

Old and New Day

Spend the last holiday of the summer visiting the largest collection of pioneer life in BC. Check out a number of very OLD tractors from the museum displayed alongside their NEW version on loan from local dealerships. Two Model A clubs will bring their OLD vehicles and Aldor Acres will exhibit their NEW petting zoo. NEW freshly cooked corn on the cob will be on sale as well as the same OLD pop!

All this is available for your pleasure at the Farm Museum - 9131 King Street, Fort Langley. 10 am to 4 pm. Admission by donation.
