The Fort Langley Business Improvement Association (BIA) appreciates and acknowledges volunteers for their devotion and commitment to the community. A Certification of Appreciation will be issued to volunteers recognizing their efforts and indicating the hours of time they contributed.

Positions available:

• Event Operations - x6 positions

  • Description: assists the Event Coordinator with operations and
     general duties (i.e. set-up, tear-down, event flyer distribution,
     litter control, etc.).
  • Location: The Fort Langley National Historic Site and Fort Langley    Community Hall.
  • Time Commitment: morning shift x3 (8:00 am to 1:00 pm) -OR-
      afternoon shift x3 (2:00 pm to 6:00 pm).
  • 100% cotton T-shirt with the BC150 logo included.
  • Pancake breakfast or BBQ lunch included.

• Food Services - x20 positions:

  • Description: preparation and service of food (x20).
  • Location: The Fort Langley National Historic Site
  • Time Commitment: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 100% cotton T-shirt with the BC150 logo included.
  • Pancake breakfast and BBQ lunch included.

• Family Sports Day Races - x4 positions

  • Description: sign-up/facilitation of Sports Day races and prize
     distribution (x4).
  • Location: The Fort Langley National Historic Site
  • Time Commitment: Family Sports Day - 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 100% cotton T-shirt with the BC150 logo included.
  • BBQ lunch included.
